Account deletion

You can delete your LuMiRa account at any time. After a 30-day recovery window, the deletion is permanent and irreversible.

In the app

Open the app → Profile → Delete Account. Your account is marked as deleted immediately; signing back in within 30 days restores it. After the grace period the profile, chat history (group and private), attachments, and any data linked to the account are permanently removed.

Without access to the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email the address below with the subject "Account deletion request" and the email address you used to sign in. We verify your identity via that address and delete the account within 30 business days. lumira@kovtunart.com

What we may retain

Minimal logs required by law (moderation, abuse prevention, tax records) may be kept for up to 12 months in an anonymised form. This applies only where immediate deletion would conflict with legal obligations.
